Despite calf being a relatively strong leather it can still become marked with wear, and, as with all leather products will require occasional maintenance. 

To protect brush off leather:

• Gently wipe the product with a soft damp cloth and dry it immediately, away from direct heat. 
• Then apply a leather protection cream. 
• To maintain a high quality appearance apply wax or cream after wear.
