Gift cards are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase. 

To request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a Gift Card, contact [email protected] with the email used for purchase, amount of gift card and request for refund to be assisted.

Gift Cards can only be refunded to card used for purchase.
