As our warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Orders placed on the weekend will likely ship out, and we recommend starting your return request once you have tracking on your order so we can help swiftly with your return or exchange.
For pre-orders, cancellations may be possible as long as the item is still in pre-order status. Our Team will be happy to check on the status for you and assist with the next steps.
