Nappa is a smooth soft leather with a soft touch. Because it is a very soft material shoes made from it might stretch with time. It is naturally very porous, and therefore colored creams and moisturizing products should be avoided as these may leave watermarks which are very difficult to remove. 

We recommend:

• Wiping the surface with a damp cotton cloth to remove dust and light dirt. 
• For stubborn marks we suggest referring to a leather cleaning specialist.
