This two-tone leather is painted with a top coat and then hand-burnished to create the stripes. The shoes will naturally patina with wear as to reveal the bottom color of the leather, which gives them a hand-crafted appearance. 

To clean:

• Remove any surface dirt and dust from the shoes with a large horsehair brush or a cotton cloth
• Apply a leather cream gently using a small dauber brush in circular motions.
• Wipe excess leather cream off with soft lint free cloth gently and allow to dry away from direct heat, before returning to shoe box or bag.

Because this leather has been hand-painted we recommend being extremely careful and gentle when caring for these shoes irregularities in this painted material and should not be considered a flaw.

We advise against the use of any cleaning products, as they may damage the paint and leather. All products should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat. If any damage is caused to the paint, the paint will not be restored to its original condition.
