What if my order contains a product on pre-order?Updated 8 months ago

Your pre-order items will be charged in full at the time of purchase, along with any other in-stock items in your order. 

After placing your order, your pre-order item(s) will be separated from your in-stock items for shipping purposes. 

In-stock items will ship immediately, while pre-order items will ship to you according to their estimated ship date. Estimated ship dates are provided on both the product photo and the product page, based on the best information available to us. 

Please note that due to the meticulously handcrafted nature of our products, factory delays may occasionally occur. We strive to ship Pre-Order items according to the estimated ship date.
